We are a full-service acupuncture clinic + apothecary with locations in the Kaimuki neighborhood of Honolulu, Hawaii and in Waialua, on the North Shore. We offer a multitude of Chinese medical modalities including acupuncture, facial acupuncture, customized herbal medicine, facial gua sha, nutrition therapy, moxibustion & more. All of our treatment plans are customized to target your individual needs. We also have an online apothecary stocked with handmade herbal medicine & expertly curated, high vibe health supplements.

Approach to Patient care
“Intuitive healing that meets you where you are” is the philosophy I use as an approach to healing. Everyone is at a different stage on their healing journey and my aim is to meet them wherever they are on and assist them to the next level. What this looks like will differ for each patient, so each treatment is tailored specifically to the patients needs. For some, this may look like a complex treatment plan with lots of homework. For others, this is simply teaching them to breathe effectively. Patient comfort, active listening, and creating a safe space for patients to heal is of utmost importance to me in my practice. Evidence based medicine is woven into all of my treatment plans, and utilized as much as possible.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture sessions are offered in person at my Kaimuki office. Included in your first treatment is a comprehensive Eastern medicine health evaluation, we will go over your health goals as well as a full health history. I use physical markers such as tongue and pulse diagnosis to help better understand the balance of your internal energy. Based on my findings I will create a detailed & personalized treatment plan that fits your health goals, lifestyle & ability. We will discuss lifestyle & nutrition, as well as herbal medicine & supplements chosen specifically for you, which will be available for additional purchase.
Virtual Sessions
I currently offer two options for virtual sessions:
Facial Alchemy Sessions- a 60 minute session that includes a five element holistic skincare consultation, a personalized facial gua sha tutorial & an opportunity for a Q&A at the end.
Bespoke Herbal Medicine Consultation- if you want to dive deep into herbal medicine with me, this one is for you! I will do a detailed Eastern medicine health evaluation and prescribe customized herbal formulas in a variety of formats including, teas, tinctures, topicals, tablets & more. Follow up visits are also available for ongoing herbal support.
